Basically they squish themselves up. The baby's legs go all frog-like and they roll up like an armadillo. There's a reason it's called the fetal position. And babies are so flexible! It's weird! Seriously try it out when baby Brunson is born. And if they're anything like Naomi they'll still be flexible 16 months later.

It isn't much, but I swear it's completely different. If anyone knows how a 4.5" (CR) baby can fit inside there... let me know.
