Yes. Apparently little Janie decided that if ever there was a time to learn how to climb a chair, now was it. She scaled the giant chair and was helping herself to cookies. She was so cute and determined I let her have at it. (for those who ate the cookies: don't worry, I kept track of which ones had been sampled and kept those for our family).

This little girl loves chocolate and peanut butter, so she couldn't go wrong with no-bakes. In fact the next day when I had secretly packaged them all up she clearly pointed right to their container and said, "Cookie?" A. I didn't know she knew where I stored them and B. She has never said the word cookie, before! She sure knows how to get what she wants.
Since it's so cold outside we wear mittens a lot. Jane was so excited when she discovered my giant mitten.

Every day (all day) we play peek-a-boo in the curtains. I can't get over how cute she is with her little legs sticking out laughing hysterically because Mom "doesn't know" where she is. I seriously need to video it sometime.

Jane climbs everything.

We are selling our perfect rocking chair and I'm really sad about it. We spent forever sanding, priming, sealing, re-finishing/re-upholstering it, but in the end I really didn't make a lot of use out of it. It's gorgeous but it's taking up space that we need for a toddler bed.

Jane is obsessed with everyone else's strollers so I decided I ought to suck it up and buy her one of her own. She LOVES it. Every day she carefully selects "treasures" and pushes them all over the house. The other day her treasures were my hairbrush, a partially eaten banana, some finger puppets, and our egg timer. Hey, whatever works.

The only real way to watch princess movies is in your princess chair.

I walked in on this scene yesterday:

Scott is the sweetest Daddy. Jane and I are just in love with him.

Speaking of love, enjoy this extreme close up of our faces.

which led to making out (which of course, I documented-- don't you love me?)

and kissing, folks leads to babies.
Speaking of babies: Baby #2 is growing rapidly. I feel like a boat. The baby has started wiggling and it's a pretty awesome feeling. Scott was actually able to feel them the other day, which was pretty cool.

Like I said, Jane is obsessed with her Dad. There was one day last week where she didn't get to see him because he was on call and she has been desperate for his attention ever since. You would think she hadn't seem him in years the way she is trying to make up for lost time. This morning she was so proud of herself for waking up extra early and catching Dad before he leaves for work. She literally had this giant grin plastered on her face the entire time.

Random notes:
I'm actually gaining weight at an appropriate rate this pregnancy! It's strange. Instead of feeling healthy I feel like a boat. Anyhow, I've gained a whopping 3-4lbs at 16 weeks.
I crave vanilla ice cream with hersheys syrup, sour gummy worms, and popcorn/applesauce/water (combo) most of the time. I also require Coke Zero to survive.
I've had almost non-stop migraines (especially the last two weeks), which has been pretty terrible. We watch a lot of TV (which I was hoping to kick when I was off bed rest) but we do it because I can keep the volume low, the lights off, and I can keep my eyes shut while Jane is happy watching Tangled.
Jane had her 15month appointment when she was 15.5 months. She is 31" tall (62nd percentile-- 3" in 3 months!), 19lbs 4 oz (4th percentile), and has a head circumference of 18.5" (77th percentile). All of her clothes fall off because she needs the bigger size for the length but her waist is teeny. Hence she wears skirts all of the time.
