Oh life...

Yesterday while we were out Scott led me to the toy aisles of the store. This happens pretty frequently now that our little one is on their way. We spent our time in front of the Lego display while Scott carefully looked at each set and we daydreamed of a day when we would have enough money to buy some legos for our baby.
On our way out of the toy section I decided that I couldn't walk past the hula hoops without trying them out. This is normal for me, but note that I now have a bump I didn't have the last time I tried hula hooping. Needless to say it was a whole new experience which ultimately ended up with Scott and I laughing with a hula hoop around my legs.
Later on I was running to try to catch up with him (we had been briefly separated while I wandered to the make up aisle). Scott turned and saw me and his whole face lit up with a big smile. When I reached him he said "Wow! you really look like a pregnant lady!"
I know he meant this as a compliment because I kept telling him that I was ready to have a bump to show for this pregnancy and he was excited to feel like there really was a baby in there, but it sounded pretty bad. Once again... we laughed a lot.
