Sickie and her Duck

This little cookie, baby Jane, has not been feeling well. All of our neighbors have had some sort of nasty cold and we were counting our blessings to have missed that one. Then last night I woke up to hear Janie talking in her sleep (not unusual. this girl talks/coos/even cries in her sleep)

But when I went in to check on her she was still asleep, but sopping wet. Strange. Upon further investigation I see that she has spit up PROJECTILE VOMITED and now has returned to a peaceful sleep. How she managed that I will never know.

poor little girl. She did the same thing this morning while eating her bottle, completely soaking every layer she and her mama were wearing.


Naturally, I gave the poor girl a bath. Our little champion has been so chipper through the whole process, you would never know she was sick.



But then she falls asleep. over and over again. and remember, my baby doesn't really nap...
so our day is looking a lot like this:
