Stragglers

I found some pictures on my phone that somehow dodged the California Weekly Goodies: (this is the last of my Cali pictures [for real this time])

The last few days Janie really was having a hard time sleeping, so when I finally did get her to sleep I obviously felt the need to document that it could be done. [thanks, moby!]

I know I've said it before but I still cannot get over how much Janie absorbs just watching other people. Janet and I had been eating a lot of grapes and one day Jane picked up the remains of a bunch and carefully looked for a grape and then proceeded to pluck it off. It wasn't an easy grape to pluck off, it took effort but she knew that the grapes were supposed to come off. Of course once it was off she had no idea what to do with it.

Janet bought a giant bag of kettle corn at the farmers market. Jane thought it was a new friend and wouldn't stop patting it [this is a sign of entertainment from Janie...she also tried to do it to the man next to us on the plane, he had a LARGE belly and I spent the entire flight trying to keep her from patting his belly and giggling over and over].

Janet and I are obviously awesome bowlers. [not sure why the machine could handle the 5 letters in Janet's name but not the 5 letters in mine...]

Jane is a full-fledged sitter!
