Weekly Goodies

Janie's favorite color is no longer pink. Lately anything blue makes her squeal. She will scan her closet and pull out the blue items (she used to do this with pink). I wonder if this has anything to do with her current favorite toy... her blue Amoeba. She even chose her Amoeba to accompany her to a teddy bear picnic when we realized she didn't have a teddy bear. (We gave her all of her favorite toys as options, Amoeba won.)

Anyhow... Janie went to her first rummage sale today and squealed excitedly when we came across this dress. Of course I bought it. Every time she sees it [still] she gets SO excited.

Janie is famous for crying through Young Women's. On the way home this week she was wailing as usual, but my genius young women solved the issue:

She was SO happy after they gave her this banana. She snuggled it and promptly fell asleep.

Scott bought chicken fingers, which I'm not crazy about, I'm more of a chicken nugget girl. But when I went to eat some for lunch I found that the bottom half of the bag is chicken nubbins, chicken finger partials (stay classy, chicken strips). So basically, nuggets. Success.

We set up Jane's high chair. Here she can be seen with her WIC treasure, her sippy. She is a water-drinker (as is her mama) like you would not believe. It's work getting her to put her sippy down so that I can give her food.

& my favorite thing right now... the character Nadia on New Girl. I seriously about peed my pants.
