Janie Eats [Weekly Goodies... but mostly food]

Once I cleaned Janie's room... It was fruitless as three seconds later she "read books"

Jane has been having A LOT of trouble napping lately. So much so that one day I felt the need to document a [10 second] nap because it took me four hours of effort to get her to sleep.

Jane is going through a phase where she likes to crawl around with things in her mouth.

We started feeding her quesadillas... she thinks they are awesome, although she has some [entertaining] trouble eating them.

Scott has been working crazy hours and has been quite sick through it all. Needless to say, he is pretty darn exhausted when he gets home. Scott was laying on Jane's bedroom floor and Jane came over and was snuggling him and being so sweet.

At least we thought so. But it turns out she just wanted his phone #lootingtheweak

Which she promptly held to her ear. We still think she is a genius. Seriously though, genius.

Last night Jane held still [If you have a kid under age five then you can understand why this is a miracle]. Of course I had to take advantage and french braid her hair.

Tonight we fed Jane spaghetti. She liked it a little bit.

Mostly she liked finger painting with the sauce.
