Lately, I have been on a big cooking spree. It's definately my favorite activity. For easter, I made roast for the first time in my new crock pot. It was AMAZING. Which was a little suprising, considering I had never made it before, and I made it from a recipe I found online

It was incredible. We had Brad and Mariah over to help us devour it. I also made cupcakes in my fancy schmancy new Bosch mixer. They turned out amazing. We have a bunch of cake mixes we need to use before we move so I used funfetti, but then I made this incredible chocolate butter cream frosting from one of my cupcake books. Mariah and I ate it with spoons. That's just how fabulous it was.
